In Loving Tribute To

Richard G. Williams, M.D.

June 21, 1925 - March 29, 2001

You are sorely missed by your family and friends.
You are fondly remembered by countless patients.
You were a wonderful husband, dad, granddaddy, physician, and friend.
As I look at pictures of you, I feel as if I could reach out and touch you,
   But you are not here.
I know I will see you again someday,
   But until then
You are alive in my heart.
You are alive in the songs that you hummed.
You are alive in the words that you said.
You are alive in the hearts of everyone who knew you.
This site is dedicated to you, my daddy; my hero; and my friend.
I love you and I miss you.

I asked for strength
That I might achieve.
I was made weak
That I might obey.
I asked for health
That I might do greater things.
I was given infirmity
That I might do better things.
I asked for riches
That I might be happy.
I was given poverty
That I might be wise.
I asked for power
That I might have the praise of men.
I was given weakness
That I might feel the need of God.
I asked for all things
That I might enjoy life.
I was given life
That I might enjoy all things.
I have nothing that I asked for
But everything that I hoped for.
My prayer is answered.
I am most blessed.
